Beautiful Christmas home display

Check out our neighbor's display at 3710 Grayburn! What a beautiful Christmas display and so much movement including a merry go round and Ferris wheel!

Editors note from Enhager - "Now this is what I call teamwork - or taking a village. Kathleen alerts us about this wonderful display at her neighbor's house. Kerry then takes a spectacular photo at night of "Christmas Display 3710 GrayBurn." Bravo!"…

Hummingbird visits Leimert Park on Christmas

A hummingbird visited me for Christmas.

We have a feeder just outside the kitchen window. I sat my iPhone on the window frame and hit record. Within about a minute, as you can see in the video, what I believe is an Allen's hummingbird came and got some homemade nectar.

Earlier this year, we had two hummingbird nests and four babies in my Leimert Park…

We yet long for, search out, journey towards

his season & All Year.

Sounds of music, articulating love, peace, & rememberance

reosonating reflection

Sounds of the moment, caroling correlation, & calm

THE DISAPPEARING MAILBOXES

Don't be shocked as I was when you drive to the rear of the post office on Crenshaw across from Albertson and discover that ALL OF THE MAILBOXES have been REMOVED. WHAT THE......??? None in the front.......none down the block or on surrounding corners that I could find. How arrogant is that to remove critical services from the community without widespread media or mailed warnings. I am checking corners where mailboxes used to be to determine the extent of the removals. DO THE SAME AND SHARE…
