Collaborators in South Los Angeles-A group of collaborative journalists in Leimert Park is pooling their skills to investigate the Marlton Square "redevelopment hell."

Burglaries in Leimert Park

In the past week, a spike in burglaries has taken place along the strip of 39th St. between Crenshaw Blvd and Arlington Ave. The crimes occurred during the day when people were at work. On one occasion, two suspects bolted out of a house when they observed the female resident approaching the house after leaving her parked car.
