Who do I write to about the rent in Los Angeles  being so high. Why is it right for landlords to go up every year on your rent , when the economy is as bad as it is.

I would like to know who do I contact about unkept property in the Leimert area. If anyone can help me with some kind of information I would be very pleased. I have wrote letters to the property owner with no avail. Help

Can someone tell me the name of the Saxaphone Player who performed at the Taste of Soul October 20, 2012 the last performer who just blew it away on that saxaphone. I would like to see this dude again.

I have also have  gang writings on some of our apt. buildings, please alert who ever you have to to cover the markings up as quickly as you see them. We do not want to be known in Leimert for that. We are a commuity and a village.

Another day in Leimert Park looking at dog poop along my walk. Dogs tearing up and digging holes on other folks lawns. I am sick and tired of the disrespect of the neighborhood. I don't want to see that when I take a walk in my neighbohood. IT"S DISGUSTING PICK UP YOUR DOG POOP. Our landlord has taken the time to do new landscape to our apt. building keeping our space beautiful in the neighborhood which everyone should try and do.

What happen to the pooper scoop…

 On May 29, 2012 around 10:30pm several gunshots was heard in our area of Vernon and Stocker we have to have more partrols in this area to prevent the BS of gangs and drive bys before it starts. This is a school area and lets kick it in the butt before it gets worse. Were not having this BS in our neighborhood. Please report anything and everything that dosen't look right.
