DISCONNECT IN AN AFRICAN-AMERICAN NEIGHBORHOOD

It occured to me the other day, that the "soul food" restuarant in my neighborhood isn't run by African Americans, Africans nor any person with African roots! How can this business be so successful?

I appreciate food businesses that bring their food into my neighborhood for me to enjoy when I'm in the mood for something different. But, I have an issue with an establishment cooking foods that appeal to me but they don't eat it themselves!!! Being from the southeastern part of the…

We needed far more support than four buses of people and a few leaders.  We needed a community of people to show support since we don't have power though money.
