Los Angeles City Council President Herb Wesson will serve as grand marshal for Southern California's largest Martin Luther King Jr. Day observance, beginning at 11 a.m. at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Vermont Avenue. The parade will head west on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to Crenshaw Boulevard and conclude near Leimert Park.
