SENATOR PRICE TO HONOR LEIMERT PARK VILLAGE’S VERY OWN ZAMBEZI BAZAAR AT CALIFORNIA SMALL BUSINESS DAY
Los Angeles, CA - Senator Curren D. Price, Jr. has selected Zambezi Bazaar to represent the 26th Senate District at this year’s California Small Business Day on June 6th at the State Capitol.
The annual event recognizes the value and contributions of significant small business owners throughout the state.
Zambezi Bazaar is family-owned and operated by siblings, Jackie Ryan, Mary Kimbrough, and Alden Kimbrough. They have been operating in Leimert Park Village for nearly two decades.
“Zambezi Bazaar is considered a prime locale when individuals are looking for arts and cultural memorabilia,” said Senator Price. “Collectors can also find out-of-print literary work there, as well. The Bazaar is a staple of the Leimert Park Village community.”
Co-owner Jackie Ryan also serves as President of the Leimert Park Village merchants Association.
