                                              Earthquake/Disaster Preparedness

                                          "WHO KNOWS WHAT?  WKW?

Our first responders mostly likely will be a family member or a neighbor.  We have been advised to have supplies to sustained oneself for at least 3 days, FEMA says 3 to 5 days. 

WKW? In the event of a major earthquake, who on the block knows what? for example CPR? or First Aid, who knows correctly how to tie a tourniquet when someone is hemmorrhaging?

We must be able to identfied what resourses we will need in the event of a major quake, we must be able to indentify those that have already have life saving skill, then what resourses are  available to train  Norton Ave. Neighbor on life saving techniques.
