CALLING EVENT & ARTISTS SUBMISSIONS FOR CITY OF LOS ANGELES 2012 AFRICAN AMERICAN HERITAGE MONTH
The Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) is a proud supporter of
Los Angeles’ 2012 African American Heritage Celebration, which begins on January, 27, 2012 in honor of the legacy of Martin Luther King, Jr., and concludes on March 31, 2012 during National Women’s Month.
... This celebration promotes and encourages awareness of the significant contributions made by our City’s African Americans in culture, education, politics, business, technology, and the arts.
DCA is once again creating a comprehensive calendar that will list the numerous events, exhibitions, lectures, and festivals related to this annual celebration. Art organizations (galleries, cultural centers, museums) are invited to submit information for any events that your organization is hosting between January 27 and March 31, 2012.

Submit 3-5 images to be considered for the 2012 African American Heritage Calendar & Cultural Guilde. Please include the following information when submitting your images:
1. High digital images 300 dpi or higher (up to 5 images per artist)

4. Dimension of the artwork
