Rest in peace my brother Ndugu Chancler I was telling him how much I enjoy his playing. Photo courtesy of Todd M. Simon
Lamenting deep in my heart the passing of the great musician Ndugu Chancler, great friend and a brother and a blessing to me. We work together for over twenty years with The Jazz Classics Quartet featuring Patrice Rushen and Ndugu Chancler. Rest in peace my dear brother, thank you for sharing your musicianship with me and the world; you will be in my heart forever.
Love you!!! - JA
