Please mark your calendar and save the date for a very special event. On Saturday, February 20, 2016, Aba Arthur, will present her one-woman play, "Landing in Love - The Art of the Breakup".
Aba Arthur is a native of Ghana, West Africa. She immigrated to the United States as a child and began a career in the Arts. Aba is a trained Actor and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in the Performing Arts, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Colorado-Boulder. Her professional experiences include writing and pitching original scripted T.V. series’, as well as founding the burgeoning production company, The Ohemaa Project. Aba has also worked in casting, on both film and television projects. She most recently published her first book titled "The 21 Day Ex-Boyfriend Cleanse"- a guide to healing from relationships.
“Landing in Love - The Art of the Breakup" is a story about the trials and tribulations of love. We follow a young woman as she experiences the joys of a budding relationship, then through the heart-shattering lows that come from losing her only concrete experience of love, and finally we walk with her as she attempts to heal from her resulting insecurities. It is an empowering story of losing one's self and then learning how to rebuild again.
