The West Coast’s largest free New Year’s Eve celebration rings in 2023 with electrifying music performances, global DJs, unique art installations and more. The celebration culminates with Grand Park’s signature midnight countdown featuring a stunning 3D spectacular projected onto L.A.’s iconic City Hall.
