The Empowerment Congress West, YOUR Neighborhood Council will be having its monthly Stakeholder meeting this Saturday, October 6 at 9:30 a.m. 

Topics include the LAUSD's proposed reconstitution of Crenshaw High, the Homeless encampment in Leimert Park and a discussion of the Draft Community Plan which will determine the building codes, types of allowed businesses, and density for the West Adams/Crenshaw/Leimert Park areas for the next decade.

Neighborhood Councils were created to engage the residents of the City of Los Angeles.  It's a great way to find out what's going on in the City that will directly affect you and your neighborhood.  And, even more importantly, to help make important community decisions.  Your elected Neighborhood Council Board members prefer to make decisions with your participation.
