Good Morning,

I am Director for The Foster & Banks Walk in Faith Foundation which is a social services organization specializing in providing targeted programs, services and support for “at-risk” children, adolescents and young adults experiencing crisis, and those with developmental or learning disabilities. The Foundation also offers support and services to the families of these children to help create more positive and functional family systems. Further, the Foundation provides links to community resources and will in the near future provide in-house support for families with “at-risk” or developmentally challenged children.

We have an upcoming college prep workshop in March and a Wealth building workshops and career exploration seminar for parents in April, and many other outreach events and fundraisers throughout the year.

We have partnered with Budlong Elementary School and Lou Dantzler Charter Prepatory Elementary School. We have also partnered with
The Hoop Foundation, Rooted For Life, a mentoring non profit organization, Living Advantage, a Foster Care non profit organization, and the Grades Of Green, environment awareness program. With these partnerships we have created a Motivational Program that we have implemented to begin with local elementary, middle, and high schools. Speakers from all careers and fields come out and encourage and motivate students to achieve and we would love to have you come out to encourage library use for our students.

We also have implemented the Grades of Green Environmental program at both elementary schools and run free after school enrichment programs on Tuesdays and Thursdays and would love to promote and share your events with our students and parents.Thank you for your time and consideration.
