The community and our city partners have transformed a portion of 43rd and Degnan in Leimert Park Village into a plaza park.
This space will be used for concerts, dance classes and art festivals. The community is now raising funds to purchase umbrellas for the outdoor cafe seating, lights for the performing arts stages and planter boxes for the urban gardens.
This is our opportunity to preserve the legacy of Leimert Park - the Soul of Los Angeles.
