Kaiser Permanente will build an outpatient medical clinic on 8.5 acres (20 per cent) of the existing lot, which today is filled with sand, scrub, and debris containers left over from the recent demolition of prior structures. The remaining 11 acres will be developed into 120,000-150,000 square feet of mixed commercial development.
