Hello!

My name is Elizabeth Warden and I am a student journalist at USC. I've covered community/USC relations with the student newspaper the Daily Trojan before and usually cover South Los Angeles for my other class reporting projects. This semester, my beat/neighborhood I am reporting from is Leimert Park/Crenshaw. I am enrolled in a radio production class, which produces stories abouth South Los Angeles and airs them on Annenberg Radio News, annebergradio.org and USC's new multimedia website that focuses on South Los Angeles news, intersectionssouthla.org. I am also part of an urban affairs reporting class this semester (all stories will be posted on wattway.org) and I plan to focus stories within this area.Take a look at both of the pages to see the types of stories the USC journalism school covers. I can also, of course, post stories as blog posts on here! I really enjoy community-based reporting and love the culture,  people and stories of South Los Angeles.
