The Quarantine Lifestyle

Over the past several weeks, many people who have been quarantined either alone or with their family. During this time of social distancing and staying home, people have changed their daily activities drastically from what they are used to.

If you are one who would normally awake at the crack of dawn to ready yourself for work – or maybe a student used to dragging in the mornings to gather yourself for class, then your morning and daily routines have changed.

Many people who have been on lock-down have become quite creative when it comes to filling the day with activity. Some have become masters at recording Tic-Toc and Instagram videos. Some have taken to their gardens and home improvement projects, and some now have more time to watch 3 and 4 seasons of their favorite Netflix shows. But whatever your new found activity, COVID-19 has forced you into a lifestyle you did not plan for, nor could you have seen coming.
