Walsh/Shea Corridor Constructors (WSCC) will close Victoria Avenue to traffic between 67th Street and 71st Street beginning Friday, March 18, for the upcoming “cut & cover” operation necessary to support construction for the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project.
