Dog Found - 4th & Martin Luther King Blvd. on New Years Eve

Dog found on the corner of 4th Avenue and MLK, right in front of the laundromat, around 10:30pm on New Years Eve.  He's a real sweetheart, about 75 pounds, well behaved and obviously someone's pet.
