Event Description

This is a FREE interactive and informational workshop addressing the issues of wellness and nutrition most prevalent within our communities.
Come to learn about fighting childhood obesity, heart disease & diabetes!
Free activities include:
• Zumba and Yoga lessons!
• Cooking demonstrations on how to make traditional dishes healthier!
• Classes on the the health benefits of community gardens!
There will even be a special presentation by Dorsey High School’s Dorsey Donna Dancers!
