In these trying times it has never been more important to take care of our physical and emotional well being. The mind body fitness power walking and toning groups have been created as a tool to achieve and maintain a healthy body and mind no matter what is going on in the world or what is occurring in our personal lives. Have fun working out in nature and in a supportive group environment. Reduce stress, connect with others and get fit! The power walking and toning groups consist of consist of moderate to intense power walking on flatland and hills for cardio. Pilates for core strengthening/toning & yoga stretches for flexibility. Create a healthy mind and body!
