Southern California Aquatics (SCAQ) invites you to join us for the first of our ocean swim workouts this summer! Start your day with a refreshing dip in the waves and watch the sun rise. Starting May 12 and continuing every Tuesday this summer. Experienced swimmers only. Must be able to swim 1000 yds in 20 minutes. Please fill out the form on our website, Swim.net, before jumping in. You can find it under 'Join SCAQ.'
