Your mind will be at ease and your heart will be open as we celebrate the release of Euphoria - an instrumental music CD that is absolutely perfect for meditation, yoga, love making, prayer or whatever you desire for the quiet moments of your life. We are also celebrating the Spring Equinox with a gong bath, guided mediation, crystal bowl meditation, poetry, and more.
The Spring Equinox represents new light and life and new beginnings. Join us on Saturday, March 21, as we usher in a renewed sense of energy that will help us move forward with the rest of year in love and gratitude.
Admission is free and is open to all ages. Bring your yoga mats!
