CAAM, in conjunction with Unforgetting LA and LA AS SUBJECT, is hosting this “teach-in” session on how to edit Wikipedia entries facilitated by Wikipedia expert, Cal Art’s Stacey Allen, editor of the respected arts magazine East of Borneo. Stacey will provide instruction on how to edit and update pages on this popular Internet encyclopedia, and we’ll use source materials from CAAM’S Research Library. This is an opportunity for you to enhance your research and editing skills while learning more about African American visual artists. Bring your laptop and come ready to have some fun!
