The California Legislative Black Caucus In Collaboration with Kaiser Permanente and Healthy African American Families Present Healthy Lifestyles Initiative Conference: Exploring ways to reduce health disparities within African American communities.

This conference is FREE, however, space is limited and reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
