You can help get out the vote in Leimert Park with the NAACP

The southern California branches of the NAACP are participating in the Get Out The Vote "GOTV" campaign and are seeking the following:
1. Seventy-Seven (77) individuals to canvass the Los Angeles area on 11/3/12, 11/4/12 and 11/6/12. Canvassers must be at least 17 years of age and have the ability to walk for a six (6) hour period of time. The rate of pay will be $10.00 per hour.
2. Twenty (20) drivers to transport and supervise the canvassers in the Los Angeles area on 11/3/12, 11/4/12 and 11/6/12. Each driver will be paid $12.00 per hour. Drivers must have valid vehicle insurance and those that drive for the entire 3 days will receive a $100 gas card.
No experience or educational requirements to canvass. However, a resume or application must be submitted for consideration. Canvassers and drivers must be eligble to work in the U.S.
