Tunes will include Con Alma, Salt Peanuts, A Night In Tunisia, Tour De Force, And Then She Stopped, and many others. Don't miss this outstanding tribute to one of the greatest musicians in history. All ages welcome!!!

LA Jazz Lovers!!!! I'll have an All-Star group of musicians with me for my tribute to Dizzy Gillespie this Saturday including Roy McCurdy on drums (drummer for Cannonball Adderley for 15 years, also for Sonny Rollins, Nancy Willson, etc.), James Leary on bass (bassist for Sammy Davis, Jr., Earl "Fatha" Hines, and The Count Basie Orchestra for 15 years), tenor saxophonist Charles Owens (formerly with The Duke Ellington Orchestra, Frank Zappa, etc.) and the brilliant pianist from Russia now living in the US, Sabine Pothier.
