Please Help - what to do about unkept property in the Leimert area

Good Morning

I would like to know who do I contact about unkept property in the Leimert area. If anyone can help me with some kind of information I would be very pleased. I have wrote letters to the property owner with no avail. Help

After contacting each person and number that was given to me about my blog on unkept property in the Leimert area. Today I seen progress, some people was at the unkept property taking pictures so my phone calls are paying off. All of you have been so helpful. Thank you so much, will keep you posted.
