PUBLIC PARKING LAW NEEDS CHANGING

The City of Los Angeles needs to enforce a new law that would prohibit overnight/all day parking on residential streets. 

I am a resident in the 3400 block of West 73rd Street in Los Angeles, Councilmember Parks' district and am fed up with the amount of cars that park for days, weeks, and months in front of our homes.  Currently, there has been a Ford Escort who has left their car parked in front my home everyday for over six months.  They will move it after two days of non-movment…
