Illegal street racing and Sideshows (donuts, hopping) are occurring throughout the Los Angeles area. The problem with calling the LAPD about the issue when it occurs is that the the activities only get moved to another area (Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, SMS, etc..) to wake/endanger other residents.
