Bus Service will Replace Train Service on Parts of Expo Line This Weekend

             As part of the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project, Metro is completely rebuilding the curb, gutter and sidewalk on Crenshaw Boulevard between 52nd and 54th streets beginning Monday, June 27, with work through Monday, July 18.          Work has been scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday for the next three weeks.          Once complete, the streetscape will include new median landscaping, trees, streetlights, traffic signals and a repaved roadway. I'm the spokesperson for the Metro Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project. I'll be here for the next five years and then long after that. The Crenshaw/LAX light rail line will serve the communities of Crenshaw and Inglewood for generations to come and I'll be here. hope so.
