So what brings you to Leimert Park Beat? Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I'm the spokesperson for the Metro Crenshaw/LAX Transit Project. I'll be here for the next five years and then long after that. The Crenshaw/LAX light rail line will serve the communities of Crenshaw and Inglewood for generations to come and I'll be here. hope so.

Upcoming nighttime I-405 lane closures for Crenshaw/LAX Line construction to start July 31

Fifteen nights of full and partial closures on the I-405 freeway will begin Monday, July 31, to accommodate construction of a bridge for the Crenshaw/LAX Line light rail project. The work is being done by Walsh Shea Corridor Constructors, the contractor building the project for Metro.

Bus Service will Replace Train Service on Parts of Expo Line This Weekend
