Profile Information

So what brings you to Leimert Park Beat? Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I have been an LA resident for the past 38 years. As a budding playright, I have had my play, "Just Old Men Talking" up in Leimert Park and at the Playhouse Theater players Theater downtown. Presently I sing with The Spiritual Hi-Tones southern quartet styled gospel group. I'm also a teacher in Central Los Angeles.

I found the site while surfing the web, but I am familiar with many who perform in Leimert Park.
