So what brings you to Leimert Park Beat? Tell us a little bit about yourself.
As a family we are looking forward to the gentrification projects along Crenshaw....we are hoping that there is another amazing sports field in the plans(since the area brings up such amazingly strong athletes; be proud!) we have 3 children, my son is playing his first year with Leimert Park Chargers and my 2 daughters want to join girls soccer in the area.
Other than that, we are excited to be following the Village News, with a close watch on school committee elections and all the magnet and charter developments to this wonderfully historic Main Street town square. Looking real good for our growing youth

We really love the goodwill for really well taken care of school uniform clothing and the food court at the mall has a great family community with the most excellent cheap eats selections to satisfy everyone's craving
