Free Stuff Swap Out

Give stuff/get stuff for free in your community!  Clean out those stuffed shelves and bring your unwanted portable, reusable items in good condition or take home items others have brought.  

• The Swap Out is completely free.  

• No need to bring anything to take anything, and vice versa.  

• Items include clean, lightly used clothing, books, music, electronics, housewares,  accessories, toys, games, and more!  

• Please don’t bring any unclean or dangerous items, food, toiletries, or furniture.

At the Swap Out, residents of West Adams and beyond are invited to bring their reusable items for drop off, or are welcome to take any items that have been dropped off that they could use themselves.  All items are sorted by volunteers first, and then set up in categories for the public to take.  Leftover items are donated to local charities Baby 2 Baby and the National Council of Jewish Women Thrift Shop.  

The event will be completely volunteer-run.  Educational groups will be present offering environmental education and playing games with families.
