11th Annual Kwanzaa Heritage Festival, Block Parade & Candle Lighting Ceremony - Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Located at the Vision Parking Lot in Leimert Park - 43rd & Degnan. Block parade begins at 10:00 a.m. beginning in the Vision Lot on 43rd & Degnan.
